World of Wine All-Day Intensive Class

This one-day course will be a crash-course in the entire of the world of wine, designed for both the interested consumer and for service-industry professionals. We will start with winemaking, both in the vineyard and the cellar, continue with basics of deductive tasting and evaluating wine, and move onto covering the world’s major wine regions, grapes, and trends. We will also cover basics of wine service. Lunch will be included as will wines for tasting throughout the day.
