Pop-Up: Hong Shao Rou & Wine Experience

Our pop-up dinner this evening will feature one of my favorite dishes from my travels in China, Hong Shao Rou. This is a classic braised pork belly dish featuring a sticky, sweet, savory sauce. We will served this classic with house-made steamed buns and an Asian cucumber salad. ($25/pp
