The simplest way to taste wine is just to drink it! However, learning to identify individual flavors and how to evaluate quality takes practice. In this class, you will go through the entire tasting process and focus on understanding the five “S’s”: see, smell, swirl, sip, savor. We will talk about how the identifying factors in each tasting step that lead us to understand what grape variety we are drinking, and how the elements all come together to make a great wine.
