Sparkles, Sushi, & Shucking!

Celebrate the holidays with us at a very special tasting and dinner featuring premium Champagne and Sparkling Wine, some of the country's best oysters, and sushi from Sushi Uni! All guests will enjoy a half-dozen fresh oysters from one of my favorite oyster companies in the world, a lovely spread of sushi, sashimi, and maki, and a guided tasting through at least 4 sparkling wines, including premium vintage bottling from Pierre Moncuit (2008) and Bollinger (2014). Guests will have the option to shuck their own oysters or we will help with that along the way!

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your seats. The balance will be due at the event.
